Therapy by video, wherever you live
These therapies are offered by live video to clients in India and abroad, in English or Hindi. Your psychologist chooses the approach with you after your first consultation, and not every therapy suits every person.
-
Flagship
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)
A structured, goal-focused therapy that links thoughts, feelings, body reactions and actions, and teaches skills you practise between sessions.
Often used for: anxiety, low mood, stress and worry.
What the research says: a 2018 meta-analysis of 20 studies with 1,418 participants found that guided internet-delivered CBT and face-to-face CBT had about the same effect after treatment. That research is about guided internet CBT, which is related to, but not the same as, live video sessions, and the authors note that few studies compared the two formats for specific conditions (Carlbring et al., 2018; DOI).
-
CBT family
Rational emotive behaviour therapy (REBT)
An approach within the CBT family that looks at rigid beliefs and demands behind strong emotions, and works towards more flexible alternatives.
Often used for: anger, guilt, perfectionism and distress linked to strict beliefs about oneself or others.
-
Skills-based
Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)
Teaches ways to relate differently to difficult thoughts and feelings, and to act on personal values.
Often used for: overthinking, chronic stress, burnout and life transitions.
-
No diagnosis needed
Counselling and supportive therapy
A confidential space to talk through stress, relationships, grief and decisions.
Often used for: everyday challenges, transitions, adjusting to life abroad, loneliness and homesickness.

Flagship, partly online
Neuropsychological assessment
Standardised tests of attention, memory, thinking and planning, followed by a written report with recommendations.
Online: the interview and history can be done by video. Tests that must be given in person are done at the centre in Indore, and we agree at your consultation which parts need a visit.
-
Partly online
Rehabilitation and caregiver guidance
Structured work to rebuild skills and routines after illness or injury, with guidance for family members and caregivers.
Online: planning and caregiver sessions can be held by video. Hands-on parts are best done in person.
What online therapy does not replace
- Emergency care. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number. In India, call 112 or 108.
- Assessment that needs in-person testing.
- Care for conditions that need medical treatment or supervision. We may refer you to a doctor or a local service.
Rules about who may provide therapy across borders differ by country. We confirm at booking whether we can offer online sessions where you will be during the session. Read how online therapy works and care for clients abroad.
Online therapy, answered
